The One Anothers

Selected Scriptures

Alexis de Tocqueville wrote, "In democratic societies, each citizen is habitually busy with the contemplation of a very petty object: Himself." Prescient, when you consider that de Tocqueville said that far before today's era of advanced technology and on-demand convenience. Too often however, things designed to unite us can result in further isolation from each other.

By way of contrast, Christ commands his followers to live in relationship with one another. To know one another's needs. To care for one another. To love one another. Tom Pennington's series titled The One Anothers looks at selected passages from Scripture, with practical insights to help grow you toward that goal.
