Twelve Unlikely Men

Mark 3:13-19

God often chooses people that we would never have chosen to accomplish His good and perfect plan. Certainly, that is true of us, isn't it? But if you begin at the very beginning of biblical history and work your way through, God often makes unlikely choices so that He alone gets the glory. A perfect example of this is shown with Jesus' calling of the twelve disciples. Unknown, ordinary, unlikely men whom God used as key eyewitnesses to Jesus' ministry, and as His representatives in the early church.
